International Characters Recognized

Geni can now recognize international letters and characters. Thank you to all of those who left feedback on this issue. If you are still having problems, please comment to this entry. Thanks! Thanks for bearing with us while we add more capacity and improvements. As requested, here’s an update on how we’re doing. As you probably know by now, we’ve experienced unanticipated and overwhelming levels of interest at Geni, and the site has been slow all day and offline at times. We are in the process of adding several new servers, and performance should improve later today. We’ll post a new entry here when everything is up and running.
