Kérem, ha valaki tud valamit segítsen. Vései János felesége volt. Három leánygyermek született e frigyből, Magdolna, Rozália és Ilona. Magdolna Sikóson 1931 február4-én. Vései nagyapám mindenéből kitagadottan elűzetett a családból.

Köszönöm a választ. Próbálok a nagynéni nyomára bukkani. A temetőben még nem találtam meg. Ott is kerestem. Levéltár lesz a következő lépés. Be kell szereznem a nagyanyám anyakönyvi kivonatait. Nem lesz egyszerű Siklósról:))

Ha megtudok valamit jelentkezem.))

Köszönöm a segítséget.

Szép estét! Izabella

Szia Izabella,

Pontosan mi a kapcsolat a Julieval?

Sorry for my poor English writting skills.:((( I can speak very vell, but my write is terrible:))

Hi Izabella,

Your english is very good! Much better than my Huingarian. I can speak French and Spanish also, if you prefer, instead of English! But for now let me converse in English with you.

I have done a search on the surname "Vesei" on a website called jewishgen.org.

This website, is unfortunately not free, but I am a paying member so I can search for you and save you the cost of membership for a few searches. When I searched for "Vesei", I only found a single result:

In one of the databases, called "Claims Conference, Hungary" (which lists people who were harmed by the Holocaust, but I think mostly it lists survivors), there is the following entry:

VESEI, Magda
Age: 40 years [in 1951, but this could be a mistake]
Address: Budapest

Is this your grandmother? Was your mother the daughter of Magdolna?

Next, I did a search for "Vesei" in a different website, called ancestry.com, which is also not a free website, but I am a member here also, and can give you the result:

Here I found a result in a database called "Germany: Dachau Concentration Camp Records, 1945", which provides a partial list of people who were murdered. IN that list is the following entry:

Name: Jenö Vesei
Birth Place: Kaposvar
Birth Date: 30 Oct 1900
Arrival Date: 9 Apr 1945
Death Date: 14 Apr 1945
Prisoner Number: 152072
Nationality: Hungarian
Arrival Notes: train 09 Apr 1945 Floss
Disposition Notes: died 14 Apr 1945
Description: prisoner Hungarian Jew

I do not know if this might be another child of Julie?

Have you been to this website:

http://www.hatvany-online.net/MyProgs/crmbp/marriages.aspx

Try searching different combinations of data, and you might find something.

Lastly, I already searched Yad Vashem dtatabase, which contains information of the people murdered during the Holocaust. I did not find anything new yet.

I forgot to mention:

If you could find out what city your great-grandmother, Julia Furst, was married in, we can get a copy of the marriage record. However, we must hurry! On January 1, Hungarian Law will change! It will be impossible to find any record that is newer than 90 years (today you can find records that are newer and 60 years, but this will change in January 1).

I can suggest a researcher who can look for this information in Siklos, but it would cost about $100, and he might be able to find the information you need. Let me know if you want his name and contact information.

It is very ironic that your great-great-grandvather Vései rejected his son and daughter-in-law for being Austrian and Jewish.

The Furst family was NOT from Austria, but from near Bratislava, in a little town called Puszta-Födémes! This town was a village used by the Hungarian nobility as an administrative and residence center! And the Furst family had a long association with Hungarian nobility while living in this village. They had special permission to own land (in the 1800 it was forbidden to Jews to own land, with very few exceptions), and I think they owned a lot of land because they had a special relationship with the noble families from Puszta-Födémes.

Izabella, I am delighted that I could help. If your Julie and my Julie are the same person, then you have a very interesting background from my Furst family. But you already have an interesting history because of your descent from Hungarian noble family of Vesei.

Please let me know if I can help further. I look forward to finding out the result of your search.

Dear David!

Finaly I can seat and write. I'm very sed about what happening in my country :(((

It is incredible. I will call Siklós tomorrow to ask them about Magdolna Vései birth certificate. I will ask Anett for a good telefonnumber, but sunnday I can also go to Oroszlány, I remember wich house they have been lived the past many years:)))

In hungary I called the jew community, they can't find Vései and Fürst on they list. How is possible?

I can send you my paper's about Vései family. Is still a village south of Balaton Somogy country ( megye)

I have only my mother death certificate and my father and her mother death cerificate:(

From my mother side only the Vései family look like researched.

I heared from Ilona, Julie's only living daugther someone in hungary was searched after Fürst family and asked her as well. She told me not to much about Julie:(( I heared from her Vései family dosen't accepted Julie , so after the marriage her parents have to live as a slave, because Vései family disowned them:(( She sed, when I asked way, because Julie was inappropriate for Vései family. My matter of concentration why. That's way I do my search. I guess Julie was jew, but how is possible Vései Jenő is a victim of the holocaust from Kaposvár. He can't be Julie son, because Julie has got only 3 daugther. Magdolna, Rozália, Ilona. The only sure information is My grandmother birth, Siklós, 1931. 02 .04. or 07. So is it possible they have got married
also Siklós. Vései has 6 more sister and brother. I have no more information, just that papert what is a summary of this nobel family.

I' very please and grateful for your kind intention's and help.

If I can skan that paper , I will send it to you. I give my e-mail adress, pls conform and I send it. I will do with a Birth certificate as well. I hope ve can find out ,who was my grand grand mother Julie Fürst.
