I'm having such a difficult time breaking my tree. Unfortunately, my mother's family Wilson/Moore tended to be late breeders. My grandparents were in their late 30's by the time they had my mother. I don't believe my mother knew her grandparents, but I need to sit down with her sometime to get all the information I can.
I was fortunate to find a (possible) lead with the information my mother has given me about the Moore line and I am going to go on faith that I have found my family there.
My grandmother Moore lost her father when she was two and she was renamed in his honor. I do not know her birth name and because she was born in 1907 all her information had been changed by the 1910 census.
I am now trying to work on the Wilson line, but I cannot get past my Great Grandfather, George Buckley Wilson.
I wasn't sure if there was anyone out there who could be able to assist me with this, but I figured, what better way to find out.
