Clarification of SV/Prog projects

I have added information to the project in an effort to clarify the coverage of the various projects involved in the South African colonisation/settlers/progenitors.

Please let me know what your thoughts are, bearing in mind that we need to make things clearer for users. There are other areas that need projects - openings for those looking fior something to do!
