Deed of 1/22/1922 for 30 acres in District 15. It was made by A.J. Perry & wife Mary Perry to Nancy & W.L. Estep.The deed was signed & notarized at Beech Grove. It’s in Warranty Deed Book 32, page 24. The terms of payment were: $30 down with notes of $105 in 7 months and 2 notes of $100 due in one year & two years. This money was probably from Uncle Leigh’s Army pay.

According to Mom, Grandpa Edward Estep was in Florida preaching and Grandma wouldn't follow him in yet another move.
