Birth on July 19 1780 looks incorrect. Abraham Awson's will of 1798 states that William Freeman's eldest son is William Freeman, and youngest son is Stephen Freeman. So either Edward dies before 1798, or he was the Middle son of the 3 sons. I have a transcript of this (very long) will if you would like it
