ATTENTION Curators, please assist with how to show more than 104 relatives

Hi I need help on how to display all my relatives on the Map as well as in the lastname index

I'm only able to see a fraction of all my relatives my tree currently has 600 individuals

I need to have all included even my 15th great grandfather!
