Wm Elijah Carter without Frank and Earl

William Elijah was alive and living with Ernest Wesley in 1900 in Calhoun Co., IA according to the 1900 census. But he is not listed with Frank, who would be about 12 in 1900, or Earl who would be about 15. They must have gone with their mother (Mary E. Fisk),which means they were no longer married by 1900.
