A kind word to 'loose-cannon/rogue' collaborators ;)

Don't just delete "my stuff". Never. It makes me a sad Panda. if you feel something is wrong with it, say so.

Collaborated, yes. Edited, yes. Discussed, yes.
Deleted - NO!

Nobody likes to have their work erased with no reason given :/ - Yes, sometimes there are errors crawling about in the material. Prepare for loads of those in genealogy. What can you do? Of course anyone could backup & export a GEDCOM/day, but really, there's just no way. Also, I'd like to (dangerously) assume that many of us want to keep a pretty open door approach to our individual "collaborator policies" since it sometimes really helps out & makes this whole thing come alive & be a lot more fun.

So, please just don't erase first & talk later, with sugar on top & best regards.
