Who is Paul Constant Chevallier?

This Paul is the father of Julie Chevallier. Julie is the mother of Marguerite Chevallier Meine. Marguerite is my grandmother, so Paul is my great-great-grandfather.

I believe that I have a photo of his grave in Graffigny. I will post it on the blog. Is anything else known about this Paul?
