It would be great if family and friends could view stories about Notte Cholodenko Isseroff from this site. Any suggestions?

My grandmother, Sarah Riback, told me a little about Uncle Notte. I believe she said he was referred to as the "Angel of the Warsaw Ghetto" - as he devoted his life to helping others within the ghetto. Is it true that he met his demise by being gunned down by Nazi guards while escorting a pregnant woman in labor to a doctor after curfew?

I also recall my aunt, Ilana Shemesh, sent some of us an email about Uncle Notte's life, now that I think about it some more. Wouldn't it be great if the body of that email was attached to Notte's profile? Perhaps it would be an honorable project for various family members to research the life of a deceased relative and attach it as a geni profile biography.

What do you think?
Regards and love to all,
Mitchell Riback
