Who was Jannetje's father?

There seems to be some confusion about Jannetje's maiden name. The literature is not consistent as to whether her father was named Voorzanger or Boas or Davids or Leib. I have not studied it carefully enough to determine who are her correct parents.

Perhaps someone who is more closely related to her can help us sort it out.
