I have been able to add Alice and John so see if you can now go in and update their info and add the next gen etc. let me know if you have problems still.

Thanks Carole. I have found 2 different records for William. some sources show Isabel as mother and others show Anne so I will request management and then either I or we can fix it up.
I got Isabel as an alternative name and put the profile there to check but then never got back to it. Sorry.

Arrgghh. Gail, Can you please have a look at this? I have tried merging and correcting generations but I don't have permissions on some of the profiles so have been unable to complete. I have requested collaboration for several profiles from certain users but they have not responded which is making life difficult. Can you have a look and let me know what to do?
