Maybe George J. Homs can help with the pictures? After the week? George, I add you to the FB group, remove yourself if you dont want to join it ok?
So we get: Progiles pictures of the ones who allready have their own profile picture and for the rest that has not 4 different? Crew, 1st, 2nd en 3d class? Well if George can find the piuctures it's a great idea. But I thought Ric allready had pcitrue for the first classers?
Adding the profiles must be a bigger job than the pictures... :-) But a great job! Maybe others can jump in also! Tomorrow I'm back on Geni.

So you guys I've added George to the group too and now added 2 administrators (you can easily remove yourself :-)) I'm just prepairing the FB group for loats of members! :-)

We could leave profiles attached to this Titanic tree until they have a bit of a tree themselves avoiding a potentially large amount of driftwood.

You will find that Geni only allows 100 people to be siblings in a tree. I started to just leave the MOH attached to a main profile until I ran into the "problem"
Using a main profile to add profiles does help in speeding up adding profiles, but then you have to go back and disconnect them sooner or later any how.

Was thinking after,driftwood is easy to clear as we have all the profiles listed in the project
It is going to be difficult to create profiles for the 2e and 3rd class passengers as there is not a lot of information to be found about them
I am working on the second class and am trailing the internet for every name mentioned with the Titanic in Google. I am finding more information then I expected. I suggest we do what we can do for now and see then

Good suggestion Annamarie! We can only do what we can for now and dont leave the project after rememberance day.
I first have to help a user (forget about the work I ought to be doing right now, save it for tonight :-) ) and than stepping in today.
Have you seen we have on FB a new groupmember?
I start a new discussion, just to give it more attention here on Geni (project and FB group), we need more people. But also know when George steps in, he does the work of a lot of people with his enthousiasm. Maybe Ann Vermeulen will step in too.

Annemarie maybe in the FB group you can give more explanation how to step in and help with the project? I think people want to help but are not sure how to.

95 profiles and still adding so far so good, 99% have a (small ) family-tree connected to them, but we can seriously do with some help if we want to pull this off before 14 April this year :(
