add Samogitian language

Hello all,
Can we have Samogitian language? As this language is minor - I can help on translations.

Arns, as i understand, Samogitian language is a dialect of the Lithuanian language? I've added the language and made it fallback onto the Lithuanian language. When you see a word underlined with yellow color - that means that the word is used from the fallback language and you can translate it if it is different in the Samogitian dialect.

Fantastic :) Some one call it dialect - another language. I don't know where to change „žemaitiu ruoda“ to „žemaitėškā“. It would be better.
