Richard Otis (1626) Parents

Does anyone have any insight into the parent conflict on Richard Otis?

http://www.archive.org/stream/piscataquapionee00pisc/piscataquapion... states that Richard's father is Stephen Otis of Glastonbury. I am still searching for where John Otis/Oattis is connected, if at all.

Ah, I see that we are 11th cousins through the Otis line! If you wouldn't mind adding your Otis profiles to the project, that would help us all keep them clean.
