Update from OpenGen

It is too late for the Webinar, but I wanted to share this update I was forwarded from OpenGen. Did anyone attend the Webinar?

OpenGen.org has been offline the past 2 months as the foundation is being formalized and the structure of the working groups is reconsidered. During this
period, the group at BetterGEDCOM has launched a like-minded initiative to bring a contemporary standard to light for the sharing of genealogical information.

In the interest minimizing duplication of efforts, OpenGen.org will begin inviting participation in the BetterGedcom wiki. Our hope is to explore the option
of bringing the collective efforts of the two groups together under a unified umbrella.

We encourage you to join us on Monday, December 13th at 1:00pm PST for a 1 hour webinar to discuss this process and our current foundation status.
