merging

On the subject of merging, I`ve got a big complaint. About a year ago I merged with a granddaughter`s tree only to find all the pictures I had posted went to her profile. I`ve not been able to get them back. I haven`t been on Geni much as a result, sad to say. I wrote to Geni with my complaint, but nothing was resolved.
