invalid email address, cant acces my geni account

I have changed my email address and no longer have access to it. How can I access my Geni account and change the email address without having to start over?

Your registered email is still your login to Geni even if it not a valid email anymore.

Just add your new email here, change it to primary, verify it and the delete the old when you have verified that the new email can be used as login.

Actually, it is my cousin having this problem. Her wallet was stolen and she changed everything over including email. The problem with Geni is that she doesn't remember her password. They only way to retrieve your password is through the email address that is set up. (which is no longer valid) The other problem is that she also manages alot of the family members pages on our tree so if she does set herself up as a new person then she still won't have access to edit the other accounts she set up.
