Contact information

Is there a reason it is impossible to find contact information for the company?

I am trying to speak with a company representative, but I find nothing on the website to provide a location, phone, number, etc.

Geni does not have phone support.

You may want to do some research on the company you are trying to contact before trying to contact them. Geni has no marketing department as they would rather spend the investment money on the product. All marketing has been done by word of mouth.

Jonathan, somehow I would imagine the company, even without a marketing department, would be interested in adding a bulk of individuals to their tree-building program.
