I have a Constanza del RIo y Figuroa in this place. Source is the book: "Diccionario Historico del Departamento de La Paz," Nicanor
Aranzaes, F3341/L3/A6. pp.54-55, copy in UCLA library. I'll have to dig up the xerox of the page and upload it. Granted, it could be wrong, but I'm wondering where you found this person. I do not have parents names for my entry. Also ther husband is also slightly off. See comments there.
