Please help a newbie

Could someone please tell me why on my profile only 8 family members show up in my statistics while on my daughter's profile it has 86? (There are only 10 on her dad's side so far, so I know its not that)
Hers shows all her great grandparents, which of course are my grandparents who DO NOT show up on mine. I do not understand!

I just added my sister. Her profile's statistics show 75 family members. She and I have the exact same family! Why do I only show 8? This is driving me CRAZY!!

Help please explain.

if I look at your list of ancestors, I'm seeing all of them to. You have 2, 4, 8 and 8 of parents, grandparents, great-grandparents and 2nd great-grandparents. Your husband has 34 ancestors, so that's how many more than you that your daughter has. But in BOTH cases you and your daughter's list of ancestors "max-out" at 5000, which is the maximum number of profiles that ANY list will show.

It IS very strange that your Family-Group has 10 people in it, while her's has 90, especially as some of those missing in your are shared blood-relatives. I have a suspicion that perhaps you changed the default definition for the extent of this group. Please check the following link:

To achieve the maximum sized Family-Group, the first two fields should read: "4th cousins and closer", and the 3rd should be "Inlaws out to 1st cousins". Anything less than that, will reduce the number of relatives that are listed.
