My GEDCOM file

Hi I decided to get a copy of my info (so far) that I have worked so hard to imput. Geni sent me the GEDCOM file, but I cannot open it.

It looks like this:

Could someone suggest what to do please?

you have to load it into a family tree program

There are several programs out there some of which are free or are inexpensive to purchase.
