Tree Conflict?

I got a request for merge today by a 2nd cousin female somewhere.. So, I clicked yes on it and I got you. (LOL) because we had the same ancestor. I do not know what the tree conflict is about here. The information for August Carl Martin is correct here. I just never got around to entering it on my side. I only entered the name.

Bear with me while I get used to this site. I noticed some minor differences in name spellings here. I thought that had caused the conflict.
