I believe my mother's family, traceable back to two early settlers in Wellington New Zealand, Timotjhy O'loughlin (1818-48) and his wife Mary (Dee))(1819- 97) is related to your family. Their oldest daughter Elizabeth 1840-88 (married David Bell 1838-1925) was my great grandmother. Her youngest sibling, brother Timothy O'Loughlin b. about 1847, was I believe the father of George Thomas Cornelius O'Loughlin. I have a surprising amount of information aboput the O'Loughlin's of wellington, even photos of Mary Dee, and Timothy O'Loughlin jnr. I have details of the latter's business activities, I don't have my full information in front of me as I write now, but am happy to share what I have. I know for instance details of Timothy and Mary's journey from Tipperary to Wellington and why they came and what they did in wellington.
