API for data conflicts

If I include my collaborators I'm able to see 102k (and growing) data conflicts. I think it is time for a data conflicts API so we can automate resolving some of these. Some APIs we will need:

- The total number of profiles with data conflicts in all of geni
- A way to loop through all of these profiles. For each of these profiles:
-- The ability to view each conflicting field and all of the possible choices via one API call
-- The ability to select and submit the "winning" choices for each field field via one API call. We must also be able to leave some fields unresolved when doing this.

It is more important to make the data conflicts visible on a profile, because in most of the situations you need a human eye and knowledge to the line to be able to select the assumed correct values.

There should be an icon telling that there is data conflicts both at profile and tree level.

We need all of these :) We certainly couldn't resolve all data conflicts via a script but we could do a lot of them "Middle name of J. vs John", "July 1850 vs. July 10, 1850", etc.

I'm not sure this is a good idea. We're planning on changing the UI around data conflicts anyway. Today's not a good day to hash it out but we should talk to Noah Tutak about product plans before you consider writing an API script.
