BUG?

I wrote month ago about my problem with change in my account privacy settings, from geni after week they ask for one question are now all ok, not ok, still not ok, how many years I need to wait an answer or can someone gave me some ETA when that problem is fixed???

Account Settings>Permissions - I can't change anything, after change and save I got only: We are experiencing technical difficulties

Sorry to hear your difficulties Mart, Have you actually sent the problem to the Help desk?
I know they are inundated with work (not a large team).
This isn't a problem I'm familiar with so can't help you personally but will put your case forward and keep my fingers crossed.

I hope this is your only problem and that it is not stopping you from using Geni.

Mart, it looks like the problem was caused by your profile somehow being marked as public. I've corrected that, and believe this will fix the privacy settings problem. Please try again and let me know!

Hi again... again same problem, to change Account Settings>Permissions: Let my family edit my profile and Let my family edit my events I got for answer: We are experiencing technical difficulties

and I see on my profile some my friends like they can edit my profile: Managed by: Are Saarne, Henri Saar, Diana Mitt, Juta-Tiia Mägi (Sippol) and Signe Krebsbach (Tammar) - how fix it?

Mart Leidus, your profile is listed with managers, which tells me that your profile is not yet fully claimed by you.

Can you check if you have set permanent password on your account?

Looking better, - the revision shows that you have merged another profile into yourself today and that could have triggered it.
