- No Status Line in Profile -

I'm trying to update the status of an open profile, but no status line appears. Am I missing something? How do I get the status line to show?

Is this officially a "claimed" profile? Even if it is "open" in the sense that you can edit it, if it is "claimed" there will not be a status line.

If the person is now deceased, believe you click on "Actions", choose report, then on that choose/indicate deceased [haven't done it since they changed to this procedure, so this is based on what I have seen in discussions].
