Maybe my great grandfather ?

Unfortunately, I dont know my grandfathers names, but my Uncle Lionel Hart named his one son Arthur. My grandfather died round about 1943 and I think he was in his eighties. I was very young at the time ( maybe 6 or 7 years old ) . Possibly this is he ?
