Perez family from Mexico, late1800's

My Great Grandmothers name was originally Guadalupe Perez, later Espino. She is believed to be from Mexico but not much is known of her birthplace.
She resided with my grandpa in San Francisco until she passed in the 1960's. Could she be a part of your Perez family tree?
