John & Margaret Crockett

Is this John Crockett John G (possibly Griffith) Crockett, had a son John A Crockett born in 1888? If so I think they are related to our family line.

I don't think so. While I don't have birthdates for either John Crockett or his wife Margaret McClenahan Crockett, Margaret's sister Polly was born around 1751. That takes them way out of your timeline for having a son in the late 1800s.
