Spelling of name

According to records I have here and some from Sweden, Gustav Hellgren was spelled w/a "v" and not an "f". He also changed his name to Johnson from Hellgren when he immigrated to USA. I just happened to come across a picture of his tomb stone and it too is spelled: Gustav.

So not certain how this will affect the "tree" and how to make the change on the other trees?
