How to reorganize photos in an album?

I just uploaded about 90 photos to an album. One of them (#72) ended up at the very end. I clicked the "Organize" button, which lets me move it around to change the order. However now the album only shows 20 photos at a time, so I can only move it within page 5! How can I get that photo moved back to page 3 or 4?
