Trouble adding family members

I tried to add a family member to the branch of my tree that I am working on, but it won't give me the option to add anybody. Everything seems to be working fine on every other part of the tree, but when I move to this part, I can't add anything. Does anyone know what's going on and how to fix it? Thanks!
