Cancel GEDCOM export

About a week ago, I asked for a GEDCOM export of the Blood Relatives of my grandfather. Unfortunately, he appears to be one of those people who is linked in the larger tree and is eventually a direct descendent of Adam and Eve :-)

After a couple of days, I received an email stating:
We were unable to export your GEDCOM on Geni.
We are aware of the issue and are working to fix it as quickly as possible.
We apologize for any inconvenience.

I'd like to quit that export and submit a smaller one, but when I try to submit a new GEDCOM export, Geni.com reports:

There is currently a GEDCOM export being generated for you.
Please wait for that export to be sent to you and try again.

Is there any way to cancel a pending GEDCOM export?

I think you'll need to submit a help ticket for this Daniel. Go to http://help.geni.com/

Looks like it completed about 6-hours ago.
Did you receive an email notification?
Are you able to request another now?

Yes ... I received the notification. The export contains 100,000 individuals ... a lot more than I had hoped for.
