Изясла́в Мстисла́вич (в крещении — Пантелеймо́н) (ок. 1097 — 13 ноября 1154) — второй сын Мстислава Владимировича Великого, внук Владимира Мономаха, великий князь Киевский, князь Волынский. Один из первых русских князей, которого летопись (Киевский свод в составе Ипатьевской летописи) называет «царём».
