About Isaac Brown Parker

Isaac served in the War between the States. He rose to the rank of brevet lieutenant colonel on the staff of General Winfield Scott Hancock. He took part in thirty battles and was wounded at the Second Battle of Fredericksburg. He was accounted a brave and gallant soldier.
