Ada Louise Lackey Foust, 39, died at 8 o'clock Sunday morning September 18, 1921 after giving birth to her 12th child, a daughter, on September 15. The funeral party will leave the home at 52 Maple Street, Revolution, Greensboro, NC at 10:30 am today, September 19, for Grays Chapel Methodist Church in Grays Chapel, NC. It is located about 18 miles south of the Greensboro. The funeral services will be held at noon today by Rev. B. G. Whitley. Interment will be in the church cemetery.

Ada is survived by her husband Samuel Wesley Foust and nine surviving children; five sons Jamie, Lacy, Joseph, William, Theodore; and Ione, Mary Lena, Ruby, and a four day old infant Della Louise. She is also survived by two brothers Madison Cecil Lackey and B. R. Allred a half brother; three sisters Mrs. Mat Breedlove, Mrs. Gurney Craven, and Mrs. Harris Jennings. (bio by Bobbi Cecil)
