Mom died at Rush Presbyterian Hospital of pancreatic Cancer on September 30, 2005. This was the day after her 69th birthday. Her husband, Richard Sr., and son, Micheal, were with her. Jeni Vogl, her daughter-in-law, was there. She was a big support to mom through out her illness. Kim Baikie, a family friend, was also there. She died peacefully in her sleep.
