Patrick Sheehy provided some funds for his three daughters, and created trusts for his sons Edward C & Frank. Both sons were to receive portions of the estate at age 25.

The court mentions that Patrick d. Feb 24, 1896, leaving a widow, 2 sons & 3 daughters.
