In the late 1950s and early 1960s Uhlenkott worked part-time at the Keuterville Store, and she worked at Sonnen Meats at Greencreek in the early 1970s.
She enjoyed gardening, and was a member of the Holy Cross Catholic Church at Keuterville. Uhlenkott also was a member of the Keuterville Christian Mothers Altar Society.
She is survived by husband at their Keuterville home; one daughter, Donna Ross of Cottonwood; one sister, Nettie Nuxoll of Spokane; and four grandchildren.

A rosary vigil is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Thursday and a funeral mass for 10:30 a.m. Friday at Holy Cross Church, with Father Henry Wolozen as celebrant.
