MO; William, April 1884, 16, b. MO; Rome, May 1886, 14 b. NE; Elfie, September 1888, 11 b. NE; Anna, July 1891, 8 b. NE; Ethel, May 1896, 4 b. NE; and Albert, August 1899, 9/12 b. NE. 
     The 1920 Sheridan County, Nebraska, census lists A. M. Reno, 59, b. MO, living alone. 
     The 1930 Sheridan County, Nebraska, census (Beaver, ED1, p. 1B) lists Albert M. Reno, 69 b. MO, widow, age 20 at first marriage, father b. KY, mother b. IL; and Fred, son, 46 b. MO, single, father b. MO, mother b. IL, farmer. 
     [Steve Fancy research] From "Beaver Valley and its People," Nebraska 1970: "In 1885 Albert Reno left his farm in Pattonsburg, Missouri, with his wife and three children - Lula (Mrs. Ode Moss), Fred and Willie, and came as far as Hay Springs by railroad. They were met at the station by John Daniels, Mrs. Reno's brother-in-law, who took them to the Daniels home in Beaver Valley." It mentions that "Roma Reno attended his first term of school" at a log school house nearby. Some neighbors were killed by Indians. About 1892 Albert Reno moved his family to a homestead of 160 acres on Craven Creek that he purchased from the Bay family.
