Alex Buscaglia is a member of the U.S. Men's National Gymnastics Team. He attended Stanford University, where he majored in Biomechanical Engineering. He continues to train at Stanford, where he was a six-time All-American.

Buscaglia was raised in Oak Brook, Illinois. He began gymnastics in 1997 and was named to the U.S. National Team in 2009. He also plays tennis.

Buscaglia's best event is the horizontal bar. He won an NCAA title and the Pan-American Games gold medal in the event in 2011.
