Alexander Boyle's is named on and commerated by the Helles Memorial in Gallipoli, Turkey.

His WWI death, and those of his brothers Samuel and David Alexander, is also commerated on the gravestone of his brother Robert who also died in the Great War. Robert Boyle's grave is at Lambhill Cemetary, Maryhill, Glasgow.
