I am trying to locate my wifes family. Her Grandfather arrived to Sweden as a war fugitive, his name was Harald Tann.

The only information She have is the following:

I found this information a bit confusing and started to search. In SAAGA I found a Liisa Tann, born 1 feb 1900, with a son Harald, born 7 aug 1922, but no birthplace of her noted, or any father noted. I found her both in a note from Pärnu and Tallin.
