Amnon Kohn was born in Amsterdam, The Netherlands in 1916 to Leizer and Sulamith. He was an agriculturist. He was married to Kaatje (Rivka) nee Wonder. Prior to WWII he lived in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Amnon was murdered in 1945 in Buchenwald, Camp at the age of 28.
