Anastacia "Taci" Tiongson-Torres was among "The Brave Women of Malolos". She and her family aided the revolutionaries by providing supplies and medical aid. In 1899, her family fled the American invasion of Malolos with the Cojuangcos. They resettled in Dagupan, where she pursued many businesses -- theater, beverage distribution, ice -- which she invested into land. She died of appendicitis at 66. More here: http://bit.ly/qin7a9
