KOKICH, Angelka 'Angela' (nee Pavlinovich) - Peacefully, with her family by her side on Wednesday, May 4, 2011, at St. Joseph's Health Centre, Toronto, in her 92nd year. Angelka always cared for and nurtured others; putting her own needs last. She was grateful for all the heartfelt relationships with many relatives, neighbours, and friends across Canada, United States, New Zealand, Australia, Croatia and other European countries. She was born September 14, 1919 in the fishing village of Podgora, near Makarska, on the Dalmatian coast of Croatia, and immigrated to Canada in 1938. Beloved wife of late Mihovil (Michael) Kokich, who predeceased her in 1995. Dear mother of George Kokich (Yolande) of Ottawa, Diane Kosanovich (George) of Stouffville, and Shirley Anne Ozbolt (Louis) of Thunder Bay. Loving grandmother of seven grandsons and their families: Robert (Debbie), Raymond (Tanya), Michael (Larisa) Stipetic; Jason (Sheri) and Derek Ozbolt; Michael and Alexandre Kokich. Loving great-grandmother of six great- grandchildren: Jamie, Rachel, Christian, Shannon, Nicholas and Natasha. Also survived by many cousins, nephews, nieces and their families.
