About Andrew Parke
Andrew was doubtless named for his grandfather Andrew Smith. Roger Parke, Jr., resided on the homestead, and in 1722 paid taxes on a part of the land and stock ; but we are unable to give any history of his family, as they left this region as early as 1735, if not before.
