Helen Wetnight, 365 Holly Hill Road, Oldsmar, FL 34677who cites a handwrit ten 9 page document prepared by Katherine Mayes Thompson states Andrew Tho mpson was a tenant of Fruchy in 1537 & had saine of land there in 1567, li ved in Glasgow & on August 31, 1559, bought part of a farm & pasture. He w as a malturer (a Malster). He was still living in Glasgow 28 Aug 1571 wh en he & wife Isabella were granted a back hall with chamber & loft to the ir daughter Marion Thomson as a dowry in her marriage with John Craig.
